Follow the instructions in the software to connect to the server and unlock your phone. Complete any "Found New Hardware" wizards as soon as they open.

Please note that your account password is case-sensitive.

If you are prompted by the Windows Firewall or any other firewall programs, please use the "Unblock" option to allow the server to connect to the server.

If you receive a "test successful" message, you are now ready to unlock your phone. Simply purchase a password from ANY page on our site (doesn't have to be your phone model). You will then be instantly sent a password to our software.
