By IMEI: Send us your phone's IMEI number (press *#06# on your phone) and we will email you the "subsidy password" within 48 hours. With another SIM card inserted, you then type this code into your RAZR V3XX and your phone is unlocked!

By Cable: I am afraid that we cannot currently unlock the RAZR V3XX by USB cable. You can either unlock via IMEI code, or fill in our contact form to be notified of when an unlock is available.
