By IMEI: Send us your phone's IMEI number (press *#06# on your phone) and we will email you the "subsidy password" within 48 hours. With another SIM card inserted, you then type this code into your V195 and your phone is unlocked!
No cable or computer required!

By Cable: I am afraid that we cannot currently unlock the V195 by USB cable. You can either unlock via IMEI code, or fill in our contact form to be notified of when an unlock is available.
