How it works:

By IMEI: Send us your phone's IMEI number (press *#06# on your phone) and we will email you the "subsidy password" within 48 hours. With another SIM card inserted, you then type this code into your RAZR V3x and your phone is unlocked!
No cable or computer required!

By Cable: Simply connect your RAZR V3x to your computer via a USB data cable. Then run our software and your phone is unlocked!

Unlock by IMEI:

Simply enter your IMEI number (press *#06# on your handset) and press "Buy Now". Once you have completed your purchase with PayPal your unlock code will be ordered and emailed within 48 hours.

Not valid for Cingular (USA), 3 (UK), Verizon/Sprint/Nextel (USA)

Unlock by cable:

All you need for this method is a Windows XP or Vista computer and a USB data cable. Simply connect your RAZR to your computer, run our software and your phone is unlocked!
