It is now 4 days since I paid (via PayPal) for a "promised" service.
The question beggars: Where is my UNLOCK code?
The other question is: Why the hell won't you answer my email query?
The scary part is that apparently I am not alone with this type of complaint.
The quick and equitable solution is: either give me the UNLOCK code for my Z9, or give me a total refund. 4 days and nothing is outside your promised service time of 48 hours.
I am not holding my breath waiting for either, or a response from you, but if you deign it, you can leave a message for me or email me.
I am a VERY UNHAPPY camper!
