Some customers have reported seeing the following error message:



To solve this problem follow the appropriate step:

1. Are you unable to login to the server using the test login and password (as described in instructions)?

  • A firewall is probably blocking you connection to our server. To resolve follow the instructions on this webpage: http://www.phoneblitz.com/error.htm.
  • If this does not resolve the issue try using another computer and internet connection.  If one is not available to you then unfortunately you are unable to unlock your phone and should request a refund from support@phoneblitz.com. Please give as much information as possible in the email, as we need to know the exact nature of the problem before we can issue a refund.




2. Are you able to connect with the test login and password, but not with the "moto" login and the password sent to you on purchase?

  • Check you are entering your username and password correctly. The software is case sensitive and sensitive to extra spaces before/after the login or password.
  • If you still cannot connect send an email to support@phoneblitz.com with LOGIN ERROR in the subject header, together with the password that was given in your email. We will check your account and contact you back.
