"Unlocking your phone couldn't be easier". Actually, it could. If I had an unlock code. Day 5.

OK, that's 6 days and more than enough time to reply.
This is no way to ever treat a customer. Please can I have a full refund? Thankyou.
Beware anyone who is thinking of using this service: it is a black hole.

9 Days. No code. No refund. No communication. Not even a post on your own board.
Do you have no shame? No conscience? I am not a religious guy, but seriously, I hope you rot in hell. This sort of scam is what makes people truly mad.
Well, you're unlucky. I am a forensic scientist and my wife is a lawyer. I think you're about to be in trouble. Looking at the 'WHOIS' registration for this board, I learn that you are: Samuel Westwood, living at 100 East La Habra Blvd., La Habra, CA 90631, US. It is amazing how much detail you can see on Google Earth...those big parking lots make a great place to set up an observation base.
I guess you have a choice...send me my unlock code, refund, or keep checking over your shoulder...

Actually, you don't have a choice: please, just send me my refund. Thankyou.

Hi Matt,
We finally found out what happened to your order. You paid via PayPal using eCheck. This method of payment is not instant, and takes a number of days to clear.
It did not clear until the Monday 28th, at which point your IMEI number was sent to be processed. I'm afraid the code was not sent out within the usual 24 hours because the eCheck was accidentally overlooked. We don't get many payments by this method, and I'm sorry that we were not as efficient as we should be.
I realise it has also been many days since you posted to our forum. We recently changed our forum around, and were not getting notifications of posts. If you have any other Motorola you would like unlocked, then I can offer you a free unlock as compensation.
Your IMEI code was just sent out to the email address you provided.
Once again, I'm very sorry for the delay in replying to you. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.
Regards,
Sam

Really wish I would have looked here first.
You took my money on 8/23 well here it is 9/16.. nearly as month later.. still no code.. but I sure am getting an incredible increase of SPAM in my inbox.
I wrote to support with no response. I see how you seem to respond to people on the message board but no one knows if they ever really get taken care of. Then today I got a call from my bank saying there has been suspicious activity on my account.
I should have known better. It's a shame that so many people lead the life of crookery and screw people out of their money. I'm sure the BBB will be interested in this information.
