Occasionally Windows may fail to find the correct drivers for your phone when you connect the USB cable. In order to correct this please:
1) Disconnect your phone, and try connecting via a different USB port. This causes the drivers to reinstall and may solve any outstanding problems.
2) Make sure that you are following the "Driver Install" section of the installation instructions carefully.
3) If the above do not solve the problem, try using a different computer, if you have one available. It can sometimes be a software problem that is preventing you from installing the drivers correctly.
If none of the above work, then there is some problem with your phone. Unfortunately Motorola's phones seem to have some sort of interface problems, and a small percentage of phones will not interface with computers correctly. If you have exhausted the above options, and are still unable to unlock your cell phone, then unfortunately our only solution is to offer you a refund.
If you are having problems that are different to this, or need a refund, please send an email to
