After running the software on your phone the first time, you may still receive the "Enter Subsidy Password," despite the software reporting that the unlock was successful.
Occasionally the software doesn't complete the unlock the first time - to remedy this situation, simply run the last "Unlocking" step of the process on your phone a second time. You should be able to run the software again on the same phone without needing a new login and password.
If when you run the software again you receive a "Not enough credit" message then send an email to
support@phoneblitz.com with the subject "REPEAT CREDIT REQUIRED". Make sure to include the previous login & password that were sent to you as we need to confirm your account.
